At 2 km from Montefiascone you can find Fontana Vecchia, to be reached by winding lanes through fields of vineyards and olives trees and surrounded by rural silence.

The former farm stead, an ensemble of 5 independent small houses, is constructed with old local stones. Every house has its own garden, the total property is 15.000 sm and offers a lot of space for jogging, soccer, basketball and barbecues. For children and grown up children there is a swing, a boccia field and more.

The two storey – house of 85 sm has a well equipped kitchen and one bedroom in the ground floor. On the first floor 3 bedrooms - one with a sleeping gallery - shower/WC. Perfect for 8 persons.

The Lake is only 7 Km, the city centre of Montefiascone 2 Km away, supermarket and bus stop in 5 minutes walking distance.  

All our guests can use our private property on the waterside of the lake, the perfect place to relax in the shadow of olivetrees and hazel bushes.
